Can I use USD for payment?
We only accept IDR as official payment because of state's regulations. However, We provide currency exchanger in our webstore for you. Please note that currency exchanger is for view purpose only. You will be charged in IDR.

I checkout with EUR/USD, but why I was charged with IDR?

How long my order take to be processed?
We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible as we know how exciting it is to get your order promptly, however please allow 24 to 72 working hours as a guide.
How can I track my order?
We will send you an acknowledgement email on successful completion of an order on the site. This email will detail the order that you have placed and will give you an order reference number. We would advise you to keep this email safely as you will need your order reference number for any further queries which you may have. Failure to provide us with an order reference number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry. YES! We ship worldwide. All international shipping is processed via Indonesian Post. Our International shipping options are; Pack and Track, Registered Post or Express Courier. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipping details, tracking number or parcel ID number.

Items bought in our webstore can only be returned via our webstore. If you buy it in our store, you can only return it in the same store.
Can I exchange an item by mail?
In the event that a product would not give you entire satisfaction, you can return it to us for an exchange, but you will pay the shipping costs for sending back the return and for receiving the replacement item, so please check the shipping costs involved.
How long will my refund take?
We accept returns of merchandise purchased only from our web site within 10 days from the date of shipment. Items returned should be in its original packaging, unworn, liner in place and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any bottoms or swimwear that have been tried in direct skin contact.Reject resulting from a misuse will not be accepted by Niconico.

Are the prices the same as in store?
Yes, the prices are the same as in store. But only in IDR. The price's in EUR and USD will be different since We only use that currency in our Webstore.
